Inoperable Vehicle
   Chapter 8.36 of the Bushnell City Code deals with inoperable vehicles. It states that any vehiclethat has been rendered inoperable may not set on public or private property with in view of the public for more than seven days. If after notice is given the vehicles still remains, the police department is directed to issue the property owner or vehicle owner a Notice to Appear and/or remove the vehicle at the owners expense. Inoperable vehicle is one without current registration and insurance, missing or damaged parts or cannot be moved under its own power.
 
Tall Grass or Weeds
   Chapter 8.28 deals with tall grass and weeds. This chapter directs the police to issue notice to anyone within the City who allows their grass or weeds to exceed the height of 12 inches. In addition, those mowing their grass are directed to mow it so as not to throw grass into the street or make sure the grass is removed from the street after mowing.
