Trash and recycle pickup:
GFL (Green for Life) picks up recyclables EVERY OTHER THURSDAY. The current schedule is shown below.
New residents can call City Hall for a recycle bin, but trash cans must be attained by calling GFL at 309-274-4589 (extra charges may apply).

Yard waste:
The City Yard Waste site is located on Township Road 69 just east of the cemetery.
Yard Waste site will be open on Wednesdays & Thursdays from 4-7, and Saturdays from 9-2.
Please be prepared to sign in and be inspected at the site. No contractors are allowed.

After a storm, if branches are brought to the curb promptly, the City crews will clear the waste away. City crews will not enter residents' yards for this purpose.
